The Farmhouse accommodates eight guests and the quaint adjacent bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, which sleeps two guests. Guests can also stay in Oom Hans' Cottage, a two-bedroom, self-catering cottage, with no electricity, but a gas geyser, fridge and stove and paraffin lamps. Another self-catering cottage, Badenhorst Cottage, is also available in town.The species to be found in the vast grassland include all three crane species, ground woodpecker, bald ibis, blue korhaan, the rudd's and botha’s larks, the white winged fluff tail and the cape eagle owl.
We do self-catering. At the farmhouse we can also do B&B or dinner bed and breakfast. Emma is your housekeeper and she is an excellent cook. Her farm-style dinners are a long standing favourite amongst our regular guests, as the visitor's book testifies. We also have a separate, two-bedroom self-catering cottage called the Oom Hans' Cottage. It is located approximately 500 m from the farmhouse, and it is equipped with gas appliances only.

1.Farmhouse
The Farmhouse is rented out on an exclusive basis only.
The farmhouse can accommodate ten guests and is set in a park like garden. Guests at the Farm House are ensured of complete private access to all facilities and areas as the lodge is rented out on an exclusive basis only. Whether organizing a family gathering or escaping from the city lights for some rest and solitude, the Farm House is the perfect getaway. The rate for self-catering, is R350 per person per night, but the Farmhouse can be rented on a Bed and Breakfast basis rate of R420 per person per night or a Dinner, Bed and Breakfast basis at a rate of R520 per person per night.
2. Oom Hans’ Cottage
The Cottage is rented out on an exclusive basis only.
Oom Hans' Cottage is only Self - Cateriing and has two bedrooms, a large kitchen/living room and separate bathroom and toilet. One bedroom has a double bed and the other two bunk beds. In winter warmth is provided by an anthracite stove. The cottage is equipped with a gas geyser, stove and fridge and parafffin lamps. No electricity.
Guests at Oom Hans' cottage are ensured of complete privacy as the cottage is rented out on an exclusive basis only. Apart from anything else Oom Hans' Cottage has arguably the best panoramic views in the district. Oom Hans' Cottage R300 per person per night.
3. Badenhorst Cottage.
The Cottage is rented out on an exclusive basis only.
Badenhorst Cottage is in the centre of Town and is rented out for self catering only at R325 per person per night. Badenhorst cottage cosists of 2 bedrooms , 1 with a double bed and the other with 2 bunk beds and therefor can sleeep 6 people. It has 1 Bathroom and a large kitchen, lounge and dining area.
