HOTEL

The hotel features 4 lower rooms and 4 upper rooms, each equipped with one double bed and one single bed, en-suite toilet/shower, and a fan.  

Accommodates one to three people per room.

BUSH COTTAGES

Experience the rustic charm of our self-catering wood cabins nestled in the bushveld.

Each cabin boasts three tastefully decorated bedrooms and two thoughtfully designed bathrooms with modern showers, with Unit 38 featuring the added luxury of a relaxing bath.

The kitchens are fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, and outside, you’ll find a welcoming patio and a traditional braai area.

These cabins offer comfortable accommodation for up to six guests, ensuring a serene escape into nature.

BUNGALOWS

There are 8 bungalows, each equipped with 2 single beds, and 1 queen-size bed, or 4 single beds (on request), a bathroom with a shower and toilet, a kitchen, and a small deck area.

A donkey provides warm water, and wood is supplied. 

Accommodates 4 people per unit.

CAMPING

Lush camping greens with electricity, luxurious ablutions, washing facilities, and braai areas.

GLAMPING ROOMS

There are 16 rooms accommodating 2 guests with either a Queen-size bed or twin beds.

A covered deck provides access to the ablution facilities, which include toilets, showers, and basins.

Please note that there are no fridges or coffee/tea facilities available in the rooms.

DAY VISITORS - NATURE'S ESCAPE

Villa Maroela Game Lodge invites Day Visitors to enjoy a perfect getaway while spending time in nature. Bring the kids to swim, play mini-golf, and enjoy our Jungle Gyms. Bicycles allowed.

Convenience Shop at Reception, Stocking, Beer, Ciders, Ice, Cold Drinks, Crisps, Sweets, Ice cream, Mosquito Repellent, Basic Groceries, Braai Goods (Fire Wood, Fire Lighters, Charcoal, etc.).

Card Facility Available

MM Equine Adventures – Accompanied Horseback Riding for Children and Adults (Weight Limit 65Kg). Prebooking Essential.

R 150 per Adult, and R 100 per Child (3-12 Years) (Minimum of 10 people needed to ensure a booking, 70Kg Weight Limit applicable). For that Special Touch –  R300 per person – Enjoy a personal visit to the Farm, grooming the horses, and viewing the resident game on their premises. Rides -8:00 to 12:00 AM.

They also offer packages for photos with the horses at Weddings, Matric farewells, or any other occasion. (NO REFUNDS)

WILDLIFE ENCOUNTERS

Come and meet Mufasa and Feros, our two resident lions. Our 500-hectare private reserve sits in a malaria-free bushveld area, where you can spot animals like waterbuck, red hartebeest, blue wildebeest, zebra, impala, ostrich, and many others in their natural surroundings.

If you love birdwatching, you’ll find plenty of species to enjoy here.
