Our rooms offer a haven of comfort with pristine white linen, queen-size beds, and en-suite facilities with showers (only selected rooms have baths). All units offer self-catering facilities and braai areas. Our air-conditioned units have coffee stations. Choose from our diverse range of accommodation options.
The main lodge is a charming manor house which accommodates a maximum of 12 guests.
The farmyard cottage is ideal for a family retreat and accommodates 4 guests.
The waterhole cottage accommodates 3 guests.

Farmyard Cottage
The Farmyard Cottage offers cosy accommodation for a family of four. The cottage has a private main room with a king-size bed two single beds in the lounge and one bathroom.
A fully equipped kitchen invites culinary exploration, while the braai area sets the scene for delightful gatherings. The cottage is located near the animal enclosure, and it can get noisy in the mornings with Bob the rooster. Experience a true African farm.
Waterhole Cottage
The Waterhole Cottage offers cosy accommodation for a family of three. Rest well on a queen-size bed a three-quarter bed and one bathroom. The cottage features a fully equipped small kitchen, allowing you to create culinary delights at your leisure.
The braai area overlooks the waterhole and provides a picturesque sunset scene with wildlife visiting the area. Discover a tranquil escape that merges comfort with the beauty of the African bushveld .
Luxury Cottages
The Luxury Cottage offers luxury accommodation for two. The cottage has a queen-size and en-suite bathroom. Elevate your stay at Tula Baba Game Lodge with our exquisite Luxury Suites.
