The Beach House comfortably accommodates between 2 and 16 guests, making it ideal for couples, families, groups of friends, or corporate stays.
The house offers:

- 4 modern bathrooms, including en-suite bathrooms in selected rooms
- Large open-plan living spaces filled with natural light
- Fully equipped kitchen perfect for self-catering stays

The upper level of the home features 3 bedrooms, each with comfortable double beds. The main bedroom includes a private en-suite bathroom and a walk-in closet for added comfort and convenience.
For larger groups, the lower level can also be included, offering:

- A cozy pajama lounge with 4 single beds
