More than 50 years in the business
Summer Place, founded by Yvonne de Bruin in 1992, evolved from her earlier catering business, De Bruins Caterer’s, established in 1972. Known for her legendary “boerekos,” Yvonne catered for various events across East Rand. Summer Place, set in beautiful English country gardens, specializes in weddings, conferences, and other functions, prioritizing customer needs. The venue has gained popularity over 50 years, offering services at other locations and home events. Amenities include secure parking, air-conditioning, and assistance with flowers and music for a unique experience.
Serve a Delicious Sunday Lunch Buffet’s
Our Sunday Lunch is a full buffet of 100 dishes consisting of starters, main course, a carvery comprising of various cuts of meat and mouth-watering desserts. The buffet currently cost will be R310 per person. From end of April tea & coffee will be an additional cost of R20 per cup
