The Valley of the Elephants is an unspoilt wilderness oasis nestled at the northern most point of the Drakensberg Mountains and on the cusp of the Greater Kruger.
Aptly named, it falls in the valley of the Great Olifants river that meanders through the Lowveld and Kruger National Park.
It is here that visitors will discover the rich heritage that South Africa has to offer and where you will find Shoswe Lodge, a private game lodge that offers guests an unobstructed view of the glory that the bushveld has to offer. Shoswe Lodge is part of the Soleil Sitrus brand.
Accommodation
We have 4 units on stilts with wooden decks overlooking the Selati riverbed.
Rooms are tastefully decorated and have en-suite bathrooms.
There are 2 units with a patio ovetlooking the bushveld and garden!
