When it comes to MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions), we have covered everything from small boardroom meetings to international trade negotiations, and we understand the inherent value added to your presentation when all goes well and according to plan!
The venue is covered with complimentary high-speed wifi (including the restaurant, accommodation and relaxation areas) and two high-capacity generators ensure that load-shedding should not influence your program for more than the few seconds necessary to switch over.
Every conference venue has an LED Overhead Projector connecting via HDMI or Standard VGA cabling. Portable projectors can be arranged for break-away rooms on request (not included in venue hire). Although some venues lends itself to a specific seating configuration, most venues have multiple options to choose from.

Green Energy
The Venue is converted to low energy and LED lighting as far as possible and we have on-site recycling and sorting teams. Unfortunately, Solar Energy Solutions are not yet viable for this venue.

The parking areas for the Hotel and Conference rooms are patrolled and entry/exit is through a manned and checked boom-gate

Bondev House is a Elegant Function Venue
Bondev House is the perfect medium-sized Function and Events venue. A space that lends itself to various setup solutions, it is large enough to seat up to 500pax in a cinema style and up to 320 in Banqueting style seating arrangements (or 240 pax with a dance floor).
The hall has an outdoor patio where delegates can be served snacks and drinks during breaks, and a large, lush green lawn rolling down to the Hennops River as the speaker’s backdrop if you prefer to have the windows open.
Should your event require it, multiple extra Nomadik tents can be erected as display areas (for instance), but indoors you have a second break-away area available, which can also serve as a waiting or preparation area for speakers, trainers, or VIP’s.
For events like prizegivings, the venue runs a dual Projector system to ensure that any display material will be visible to all delegates at all times, and the high-speed wifi can handle streaming and/or hybrid function for all delegates.

LAYOUT: Bondev House was designed as a stand-alone Function and Events area, surrounded by large rolling lawns and bordered by the Hennops River. The venue has its own kitchen and serving area for Buffet or Set Menu catering, as well as a standalone bar area.
It has high ceilings, tile floors and large windows and sliding doors to help give the venue an air of spaciousness.
