Welcome To Riverman Cabin Wedding Venue

Riverman Cabin is situated in the Tonteldoos Valley, about 30 km northeast of Dullstroom, approximately a 3-hour drive from Johannesburg.

Riverman Cabin is an ideal destination for weddings, corporate functions, social engagements, and romantic getaways.

On-site amenities include bass and flyfishing, a driving range, a wedding chapel, a hiking trail, picnic spots, boma facilities, and sunset benches overlooking the 2 dams and the views of the Steenberg Mountains. Our on-site restaurant and bar are seasonal and only open on advertised dates and events, be sure to check in with us beforehand.

WEDDINGS

Guests can easily walk from the chapel to the restaurant which is only located a few meters away.

Our stunning white Chapel seating 50 (maximum 60), coupled with breathtaking surroundings and views from the Chapel’s balcony (especially in summer), is the perfect venue for intimate weddings

The menus below are our standard menus, but we aim to provide the bride and groom with the wedding of their dreams, thus, should you want a different menu, or want to add something such as a candy bar, talk to us about your ideas and we will do our best to accommodate you.

We accept bookings for minimum 10 guests and maximum 60 guests.

Each package includes:

Chapel Hire
R4000.00 Thurs - Sun
R3500.00 Mon - Wed

Includes welcome drinks & horse cart
Rate for Chapel hire is a fixed rate, regardless of the number of guests

Reception Hire - Catered R3500.00
Includes:

Cutlery
Crockery
Tables and Chairs
Glasses, Champagne / Sparkling wine
Bar Tender and waitress

Reception Hire - Self Catered R5000.00
On Condition that guests purchase their drinks at the bar

Breakfast
Breakfast can be included at R80.00 PP Per day

We accept bookings for minimum 10 guests and maximum 60 guests.
Includes a waiting & bartending staff, as well as sparkling wine & juice on the tables.

* The price excludes a R2000 breakage deposit, which is refunded within 7 days of the wedding, should there be no breakages.
* Guests’ choices of Starters and Desserts, must be selected and sent to Riverman at least 1 month in advance.
