3-Day Cultural Safari
Departures: Opuwo, Kamanjab or Sesfontein
Meet local guides and travel deep into the conservancies while experiencing the cultures and traditions of the Himba and Herero communities.
Guests can visit local villages, learn about everyday life and enjoy a genuine cultural experience while travelling through the beautiful landscapes of northern Namibia.
The tour is based around self-drive and camping.
4-Day Ranger Tracking Tour
Departures: Opuwo, Kamanjab or Sesfontein
Spend three days in the field alongside local guides and rangers while tracking wildlife such as elephants, rhinos or lions.
Along the way, visit Herero and Himba villages and gain insight into the important work involved in protecting both people and free-roaming wildlife.
This unique experience combines wildlife tracking, cultural encounters and adventure.
Day Trips From Opuwo
If you're already in the area, we offer exciting day-trip experiences departing from Opuwo.
Spend the day with local guides visiting a village and learning about Herero and Himba culture. Depending on the experience, you can join local activities such as herding livestock, preparing food and tending crops while learning about life in the region.
These experiences provide an authentic opportunity to connect with local communities and understand their way of life.
