Child Policy
Children of all ages are welcome and remain the responsibility of their parents or guardians.
Children qualify for child rates when sharing accommodation with their parents. Children requiring their own room, tent, or campsite will be charged the full adult rate.
To qualify for child rates, the date of birth of all children must be supplied at the time of reservation.
Cancellation Policy
- 60 – 22 days prior to arrival: 25% cancellation fee
- 21 – 15 days prior to arrival: 50% cancellation fee
- 14 – 8 days prior to arrival: 75% cancellation fee
- 7 – 0 days prior to arrival, no-show or early departure: 100% cancellation fee
All cancellations must be submitted and confirmed in writing.
General Information
All rates are quoted in Namibian Dollars (N$, NAD) and are equivalent to the South African Rand (ZAR).
Rates are subject to change without prior notice should statutory taxes, levies, or government-imposed charges increase.
