Booking Information
We aim to keep the booking process simple and transparent.
Rental Terms
- Minimum trip: 3 days
- Maximum trip: 30 days
- Once-off cleaning fee: R300
- Cross-border document administration: R500
Deposits
- R5,000 refundable breakage deposit for local trips
- R20,000 refundable breakage deposit for neighbouring countries
Driver Requirements
- Valid EB or E Class licence
- No smoking in the caravan
Transparent Insurance & Liability
We believe in complete transparency. Insurance is included in the daily rate, but the renter remains responsible for the applicable insurance excess in the event of a claim.
The refundable breakage deposit is applied toward any excess or damages, and if the excess exceeds the deposit amount, the renter is responsible for the outstanding balance.
