Welcome to Klippieskraal Private Game Farm!

Situated in the North West Province and in the heart of the Bushveld, Klippieskraal is a 120 hectares Private Game Farm only 1 hour away from Pretoria and 25 minutes away from Brits.

Come and visit nature at its best, the lodge is overlooking an earth dam with abundance of wildlife.

The play area for kids include a trampoline and swings, you can also bring your own bicycles to take an early morning or late afternoon ride or hike through the bush.

On your trip you have a good chance of seeing blesbuck, blue wildebeest, golden wildebeest, impala, eland, giraffe, kudu, nyala, oryx, waterbuck, zebra and many more.

Or you can cool off and relax in the pool with a cocktail in the hand, while viewing the game from the swimming pool. Guests can also enjoy ‘boeresport’ on the lawns and spent quality time together.

We are also the perfect venue for your special occasion, birthdays, year-end functions, family reunion or just weekend away with friends!

Game drives can be provided on prior arrangement with the lodge.

The entire lodge accommodation is rented out exclusively to one group at a time, ensuring the utmost privacy for our guests. We offer self-catering accommodation capable of hosting approximately 8 to 40 guests.

The accommodation is divided into 4 rooms, each equipped with its own bathroom and kitchenette, collectively sleeping 18 guests in total.

In addition to the rooms, we provide caravan stands for those with caravans, and guests are also welcome to bring their own tents for camping.

The rooms are situated next to each other, creating a cohesive and comfortable layout for groups enjoying their stay.

The small kitchenette in each room includes a bar fridge, kettle and coffee mugs to enjoy early morning coffee on the ‘stoep‘ at the table outside your room.

The Camping facilities:

Our camping facilities at the lodge include 2 Netted Caravan stands specifically designed to accommodate 2 large caravans, each with an electrical point – please note that campers are required to bring their own electrical cords as none are supplied by the lodge.

Additionally, we have space for 5 x 4-sleeper tents, though guests are responsible for bringing their own camping equipment. For convenience and comfort, we offer 2 communal bathrooms – one bathroom is fitted with a shower, while the other bathroom features a bath, catering to different preferences.

The lodge boasts a large communal area, making it an ideal space for enjoying breakfast, lunch, and dinner as a group; this area is complemented by a boma, an outside braai area, and a versatile inside braai area equipped with large stacking doors that can be opened or closed depending on the season, ensuring comfort across varying weather conditions.

Our facilities also include WiFi for connectivity, solar power for sustainable energy, and full DSTV for entertainment. The rooms are serviced daily, except on Sundays, and we provide linen for the double and single beds; however, guests are kindly requested to bring their own towels for swimming and bathing as these are not included.

Caravan Stands

The caravan stands are located opposite the rooms and are paved and covered with shade-net carports.
