Juanita is a beautiful complex, strategically situated right on the beach. A stunning four bedroom, three bathroom unit with a magnificent living and dining area, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a ten seater breakfast counter, microwave, stove, fridge/ freezer, dishwasher and a washing machine for your convenience. Washing lines are available on the premises.

The very well maintained garden leads directly onto the beach, eliminating having to cross any dangerous roads. Margate's CBD, main beach, restaurants and the fishing pier are all only about a ten minute walk away.

A Sparkling fresh water swimming pool and a communal braai area are both situated on the premises for your convenience. Should you wish to braai in the comfort of our unit, we offer a gas braai and an eight seater table on a spacious balcony with breathtaking sea views where dolphins and whales are often sighted. One can relax and enjoy a beautiful sunset together in one another's company well into the night, with the knowledge that one is safe and secure.

The unit is equipped with ceiling fans in all the rooms and living area. We also supply a TV with DSTV viewing in the living area. Linen is provided, but we kindly ask that you bring your own towels. Two secure, undercover parking bays are included. Cleaning services are only available on request.

St Michaels - Self Catering

 

Clover Bay 6 is a lovely self-catering 2 bedroom apartment in a secure block with stunning beach, sea and lagoon views from the balcony and living area, and bedrooms, and a restaurant in the building. Virtually on the beach, this second-floor apartment comprises 2 bedrooms and 1 and half bathrooms.

The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, bathroom with bath, shower and basin with a separate toilet; the second room is equipped with a double bed and a bunk bed, Each bedroom is fitted with a ceiling fan.

The open-plan well equipped kitchen contains a fridge and an oven with a stove, washing machine and tumble dryer. The adjacent lounge features a TV and wi-fi. The lounge opens onto a balcony with a charcoal braai and lovely beach and lagoon views. 

St Michaels is in close proximity to many of the attractions on the South Coast. Shelly Beach, next door, offers deep sea fishing, scuba diving, shark cage diving, whale and dolphin watching and fun boat rides. Protea Banks is not far off this beach. Shelly Beach has two shopping malls with restaurants and movies. The South Coast has nine 18 hole golf courses and seven blue flag beaches.

The accommodation includes free unlimited WiFi. The main bedroom (Queen) has an en-suite bathroom with bath and hand shower - Second bedroom (Double) - Third bedroom (2 Singles) - Guest bathroom with shower and toilet - Cotton bed linen supplied - Bath towels supplied - Ceiling fans in all bedrooms and lounge - Comfortable open plan living space with retractable door onto the large balcony, with sea view, gas barbeque and mini-bar.

St. Tropez is a modern apartment block just 150 metres from Lucien beach and the golden mile stretch of sea shore to Margate. This spacious three bedroom, eight sleeper unit is beautifully appointed and enjoys excellent sea views from the living areas and main bedroom. An open-plan layout brings everyone together, with the kitchen overlooking a comfortable lounge and a separate dining area, both adjoining the balcony through sliding doors that welcome the sea breeze and views.

The kitchen is well equipped with all your day-to-day cooking amenities (as well as a washing machine and dishwasher) and there is a gas braai on the balcony.

The main bedroom, with lovely sea-views from the queen bed, also has sliding doors to the balcony and has a full en-suite bathroom (bath and shower). The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has two single beds. They are serviced by a second bathroom (shower). All three bedrooms are well appointed with quality beds and linen and enjoy ceiling fans for hot summer nights. Two additional guests can be accommodated on the sleeper couches in the lounge. Linen is provided for the beds but guests are required to provide their own beach and bath towels and linen for the sleeper couches if required. The unit is not serviced unless by arrangement 

The complex is well maintained with a sparkling pool, communal braai area, and lawns. It is secure with basement parking with an elevator to the apartments. It is within close walking distance to various eateries and shops and is just one kilometre by road to Margate town - host to seasonal beach events, live music, and a hive of activity and entertainment with a wide selection of beachfront restaurants and take-aways, pubs, nightclubs, cocktail and jazz bars.

There is also  back-up power for when there is Load shedding. 

The unit is well equipped for a self catering holiday, with a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher and washing machine. There is a large balcony with a gas and Webber braai, Spectacular sea views. There is also a swimming pool in the complex.
