Escape to our pet-friendly, spacious self-catering holiday home in the beautiful Highlands Meander area of Mpumalanga.

Located within the private Highland Springs Country Estate, our home offers stunning views of the surrounding countryside and a tranquil atmosphere.

We are a 30 min drive to Dullstroom.

• 3 separate bedrooms sleeping up to 7 guests:
• Main bedroom with queen-size bed and fireplace
• Second bedroom with twin beds
• Third bedroom with 3 single beds

• One with bath/shower combination, toilet, and basin
• Second with shower, basin, and separate toilet
• Open-plan lounge/kitchen area with built-in braai/fireplace
• Fully equipped kitchen with gas/electric stove, electric oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, and cooking utensils

Rates

Weekend rates (Friday and Saturday nights) - minimum 2 night's stay:
R1,500 per night for 1 adult
R1,500 per night for 2 adults
R2,250 per night for 3 adults
R2,800 per night for 4 adults
R3,100 per night for 5 adults
R3,700 per night for 6 adults
R4,300 per night for 7 adults
 

Mid-week rates (Sunday night to Thursday night) - minimum 2 night's stay:
R1,200 per night for 1 adult
R1,200 per night for 2 adults
R1,800 per night for 3 adults
R2,300 per night for 4 adults
R2,750 per night for 5 adults
R2,960 per night for 6 adults
R3,400 per night for 7 adults
 

Special Offers

• Kids (0-2 years) stay for free
• Kids (2-12 years) R335 per night
• Pensioners R550 per night for 1 adult
• Please Note: PENSIONERS must be 65 and above to qualify for this discount
• Dogs stay for free! (maximum 4 small to medium-sized dogs) 
• Refundable breakage deposit of R500 upon inspection.
• Road tax of R100 per stay per vehicle for estate road maintenance.

Booking and Cancellation Policy

• Postpone your booking to a future date within 6 months instead of cancelling
• Cancellation of bookings more than 1 month before check-in: 50% of deposit refunded
• Cancellation of bookings more than 2 weeks before check-in: 25% of deposit refunded
• Cancellation of bookings less than 2 weeks before check-in: 0% of deposit refunded

Estate Rules

• No loud music
• Max speed 25 km/h
• No littering
• No open fires
• Stay on farm roads
• No discharging of firearms

Pet-Friendly Rules

• Dogs may be off-leash inside the holiday home fenced area, but not left unattended
• Dogs must be on-leash on the estate grounds
• Clean up after your dogs and use the poop scoop provided
• Ensure your dogs are treated for fleas and have up-to-date vaccinations
