Our Story

The Property Was Purchased In2003,Its Intend Was For Residential Purpose.

The Garden Was Neglected And We As Owners That Loves Gardening Faced Our First Challenge, The Garden Was To Be Done Over. Henry (Owner) Did The Landscaping.

In 2014 We Decided To Convert The Home Into A Bed And Breakfast,

Giardino@194 Open Its Doors For The Public In April 2016.

Most Of The Renovations Was Done By The Owners Henry And Riaan.

We Started On Two Rooms And Are Currently On Six Rooms.

A beautiful establishment offering accommodation in Welkom. Guests can choose from five room options to ensure that their accommodation needs are met.
The property has braai facilities as well as a stunning pool for guests to enjoy. Certain rooms are fitted with a kitchenette with a microwave and a fridge. A continental breakfast is served daily at the property. Satellite TV is included and laundry facilities are available on request.
The B&B has 3 Double bed rooms and 3 King/Twin bed rooms with Air-conditioning and En-suite bathrooms. Each room is equipped with a bar fridge, LCD TV with OVHD decoder. The property has a well-maintained garden with swimming pool and braai facilities. Secured shaded parking is also available.
Welkom attracts guests with Oppenheimer Park Golf Club, Erfenis Dam Nature Reserve, Willem Pretorius Game Reserve, and Sandveld Nature Reserve.
