Here at At One Lodge, we offer excellent self-catering accommodation with a host of modern amenities and conveniences. We are also conveniently situated within walking distance of the Joan Harrison Pool, the Guild Theatre, Selborne Schools, Selborne Park and major shopping centres. And also minutes away from Stirling, Hudson Park, Clarendon and Port Rex schools as well as Berea Gardens and Stirling Lodge retirement centres.
Our self-catering accommodation consists of five units of varying size, all set in peaceful and private surrounds, with secure off-street parking as well as braai (barbecue) facilities. Each unit has satellite TV (DSTV B&B Bouquet) and internet access (Wi-Fi). All units have well-equipped kitchen’s, each with a two-plate gas hob, fridge, kettle, toaster and all the necessary cutlery and crockery. Breakfast is available on request.

Terms & Conditions
Regrets, no pets or smoking in the rooms.
Discounts may be given for longer stays.
Arrival Times: Between 2:00 PM and 9:00 PM unless prearranged. Late arrivals will be charged R100 or part thereof per hour after 9:00 PM.
Departure Times: Before 10:00 AM
PLEASE NOTE: Extra guests in the Units that are not part of the original booking will be charged according to the Unit’s rates.
Deposit
50% is required to secure the booking and is due on presentation of invoice.
On arrival, the balance of the invoice must be paid.
A booking of only a single night requires payment in full on presentation of the invoice to secure the booking.
Cancellations
Bookings must be cancelled in writing.
Should you fail to arrive after receiving a confirmation email and invoice, you will be held liable for the full cost of the booking up to a maximum of three days of the booking.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be held liable for the whole booking up to a maximum of three days of the booking.
Deposit Refunding
0 – 4 days notice – no refunds
5 – 8 days notice – 50% of the deposit will be refunded
9 or more days notice – full refund of the deposit
High Season (1 Dec – 15 Jan) – No refunds unless ONE MONTH’S notice is given in writing.
Long Stay Bookings
Shortening of a stay which has been given a long term stay discount, will result in the rate reverting to the normal rate for the number of days stayed.
