Thakadu Bush Camp is home to the CL Woolcott Vulture Restaurant, an important conservation initiative dedicated to protecting Southern Africa’s vulture populations.

Our Vision
To provide a safe and clean supplementary feeding site for vultures while supporting breeding success and population growth.
Why It Matters
Vultures play a critical ecological role by preventing the spread of disease. However, their numbers are declining worldwide, making conservation efforts essential.
Visitor Experience
